The idea behind the Real Estate Community site is that a Realtor would be a "host" and would setup a localized community site. He would get people to contribute to his site. His branding information is on every page. His contributors get free blogs and get free advertising. The realtor can charge for advertising space as well as setting up a local service directory.

This site was built using Drupal. The theme was also taken from the Drupal Community.
